Wednesday: Worked on an anniversary post for L. Jagi Lamplighter’s Superversive blog, but did not get usable words finished.

Thursday: Sick day. Adjusting to the new meds is taking time. On the bright side, I no longer wake up in the middle of the night with neck pains and headaches. On the non-bright side, I’m having trouble staying awake. This is expected to pass in a couple of weeks.

Today: Back to work, if I can get my brain back together. Has anybody seen my parietal lobe?

  1. Life takes time – and you’ve had a tough year. Meds take time – I’ve never been able to adjust to most, so I limp along without them.

    The world will not end.

As for your parietal lobe, see if you can find my frontal lobes nearby when you find yours, okay? I could use it back.

Hope things get better, but losing some pain, and sleeping better is a step in the right direction, even if you temporarily lose your mind. As long as they are promising your mind will come back/be found/miss you.
